The Main Ballroom

The heart of The Fillmore KC, the Main Ballroom is a spacious and elegant reception hall that can host over 200 seated guests or up to 250 for a cocktail-style celebration. Complete with AV equipment, a professional sound system, and an adjacent catering kitchen, this space is built to support seamless events. Its stage provides the perfect focal point for a head table, live band, or DJ, setting the stage for unforgettable moments.

The Studio

Designed for meaningful gatherings, The Studio is an intimate setting perfect for ceremonies, private dinners, or corporate meetings. Accommodating up to 100 guests, it features a built-in sound system and a warm, inviting atmosphere to make every occasion memorable.

Whether you have questions about availability, setup options, or anything else, our friendly team is ready to assist.

Frequently Asked Questions

The Fillmore holds up to 200 guests.

We have a beautiful ceremony location in our Studio. No flip necessary!

The venue is located in a shared work space but you will have private access to the event hall.

We ask for a 50% deposit to reserve the date and then final payment due 60 days before the event.

All payments are non-refundable. You may change your date once and the new date must be within 365 days of the original event date. All cancellations must be in writing. Your payments will stay on as a credit for 365 days and be used for a different event in the future.

We have an open vendor policy. We do ask that all vendors have valid proof of insurance.

We provide a venue coordinator to welcome you on the day of the event. They are professionals who are dedicated to providing you with a seamless day!

Tables and chairs are included in the venue rental. You are welcome to bring in your own linens or utilize one of our linen packages. 

We do not allow open flames, confetti, birdseed, glue, nails or duct tape. 

Yes, we do have microphones, speakers and projectors available. 

Yes, event insurance is required.
