Frequently Asked Questions

The Fillmore holds up to 200 guests.

We have a beautiful ceremony location in our Studio. No flip necessary!

The venue is located in a shared work space but you will have private access to the event hall.

We ask for a 50% deposit to reserve the date and then final payment due 60 days before the event.

All payments are non-refundable. You may change your date once and the new date must be within 365 days of the original event date. All cancellations must be in writing. Your payments will stay on as a credit for 365 days and be used for a different event in the future.

We have an open vendor policy. We do ask that all vendors have valid proof of insurance.

We do require you to use one of our event coordinators on the day of the event. They are professionals who are dedicated to providing you with a seamless day!

Tables and chairs are included in the venue rental. You are welcome to bring in your own linens or utilize one of our linen packages. 

We do not allow open flames, confetti, birdseed, glue, nails or duct tape. 

Yes, we do have microphones, speakers and projectors available. 

Yes, event insurance is required.
